My outdoor sessions take place at Churchtown Farm in Saltash, South East Cornwall, near Plymouth.
Monday–Friday, by appointment.
We can walk, stroll or find a place to sit, depending on what feels right for you.

60 acres of woods and fields with expansive views across the Lynher Estuary.
A unique 60-acre nature reserve set within the Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Walk across the fields, meadows and woodland that drop down to the banks of the Lynher Estuary.
Free parking.
I offer bespoke, single-session outdoor therapy walks, with fees depending on the location and length of the walk. It may also be possible to walk somewhere other than my usual location—please get in touch if you’d like to explore this, and we can talk it through together.
