Rachel Hamilton, Outdoor Therapist, MBACP, BA Hons
Throughout my life I have found myself drawn to the outdoors. As a struggling teenager it provided comfort, when working in the city it gave me a space to breathe and as a mum it is a place to reconnect and find clarity.
As long as we follow social distancing rules it is now possible to meet outdoors again. Being outdoors, in nature, can help you to feel more grounded and connected in this strange world.
I am able to offer professional outdoor counselling and psychotherapy in beautiful spaces in and around Plymouth and SE Cornwall. Here we will be able to talk confidentially in these beautiful natural environments. You shall set the pace, we can walk, meander or just sit down.
Either way I am discrete and will listen with acceptance and understanding.
This is your space to explore what you need to move forward in your life.
