About Me
Rachel Hamilton, Outdoor Therapist, MBACP, BA Hons
Throughout my life I have found myself drawn to the outdoors. As a struggling teenager it provided comfort, when working in the city it gave me a space to breathe and as a mum it is a place to reconnect and find clarity.
As long as we follow social distancing rules it is possible to meet outdoors again. Being outdoors, in nature, can help you feel more grounded. It gives you space to explore your thoughts and feelings. A space where you are able to notice and feel connected to the wider world.
I offer professional outdoor counselling and psychotherapy in beautiful natural environments around Plymouth and SE Cornwall.
You set the pace, we can walk, meander or sit, often we do all three.
I am discrete and will listen with acceptance and understanding.
This is your space to explore what you need to move forward in your life.
I work with:
